Support Employment Program serves clients with the most significant disabilities through creative, individualized job placement. Staff educates potential employers of the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities. Provides intense one-on-one counseling, workplace-transition assistance, and support at the worksite, including job coaching, until the employee can work independently. Clients are followed for life in competitive employment.
